Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Tosha Sameerkumar Patel, an applicant for the SA Tourist e-visa (Application Reference Number EPS-FNRJ, applied on May 4th, 2023, Passport Number: R6581355). Having submitted all the documents as per the guidelines, still my application status is showing "awaiting supporting documents" and "payment status initiated" my flight is on May 23rd, 2023. I tried calling SA Home Affairs multiple times but the call gets disconnected and I tried calling again today but the concerned person hung up on me instead of helping me out on the eVisa. Need your urgent help in approving my eVisa as we are loosing a lot money on flight tickets and hotel booking and I won't be getting any refund. Awaiting for your help. Regards, Tosha Patel
I would like to book an appointment to submit Conferences VISA application at the consulate. Please inform how to proceed.
Dear Sir/Ma, I recently got a 2-year postdoctoral position at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. This university recommended that I should get Visitor's Visa Section 11(1)(B)(III) – Research Activities. However, your VFS centres in India do not have any information regarding this type of visa on their website. I have sent several emails to them, and yet they could not give me any solid answer/information. Hence, the major reason for contacting you. Therefore, I would like to have a piece of helpful information on how to get this visa in India. I am a Nigerian, who is waiting for his final PhD defence, and I need to start the process of getting a Visitor's Visa Section 11 (1)(B)(III) as soon as possible. Please assist me in this regard. I am in Surat (Gujarat State). Mumbial and Ahmedabad are closer to me compared to New Delhi. So, I prefer to apply from any of these two cities. -- Emmanuel A.
