Good Day I am to attend a graduation ceremony at the University of South Africa, Pretoria, which takes place on October 30, 2023. I therefore plan to leave China to South Africa on October 27, 2023. Currently, my residence permit in China will expire on October 25, 2023. I humbly want to inquire if I can apply for a visa now so I can get my passport for renewal of my resident permit. Thank you
