Guidance on payment of USCIS Application Fee Dear Sir/Madam I will soon submit my application for Employment-Based Immigration (EB2-NIW) to the USCIS. As per their website, the USCIS requests applicants outside the United States to contact their local embassies for guidance on paying the application fee ($700) for the I-140 Immigrant Petition and Premium Processing Service ($2500). Please kindly assist by providing guidance on how I can pay my application fee. Specifically, I wish to know if I can come and pay the fee at your embassy. Sincerely Prof Pius Tanga
