Dear Sir/Madam, I submitted my passport and other relevant documents for a South African visa on August 15, 2023. The purpose was to attend IAH congresses in Cape Town from September 18 to September 22. When I applied, VFS told me it would take 15 days for my visa to be processed. Now that Congress is over, I urgently need my passport to acquire a visa for another trip in October. I don't need your visa; just give me my passport and the other documents. My reference number is GHAC/150823/0034/01. I have already sent a letter to VFS, but the untrained customer service agents will not give me any answer as to when the letter will be sent to your end for me to get my passport. Remember, it's against my human right to hold onto my passport for close to two months?
