I have tried calling the provided number 30 times & have emailed too, but cannot get hold of anyone to book my SA passport renewal. Need help before it expires please. Thank you.
It is shameful that a representative organisation such as yourselves do not answer telephone calls, i have tried numerous times and also you do not answer emails. One of the reasons i am renuncing my South African Citizenship....the effort it takes to sort to renew a passport is mind boggling!

hi are you still located at Level 7, 1 Willis Street. we couriered passports over to the address but was returned. The courier company said the office no longer at 1 Willis street
